TWIN FALLS - The 14th-ranked Golden Eagle volleyball team had the 5th-ranked Bruins right where they wanted them but couldn't capatalize and watched a 2-1 lead slip away, eventually losing 25-18, 20-25, 23-25, 25-21, 15-11.
Too many errors spelled demise for CSI. The Golden Eagles ended the match with 33 attack errors, 9 service errors and 11 reception errors.
Jessica Peacock led the way for CSI with a double-double. She ended the match with 21 kills and 10 digs.
Earlier in the day, Salt Lake lost in 4 games to North Idaho. Because of total wins, the Golden Eagles earned the Outback championship.
