Golden Eagle men lose to Monroe in OT

LAS VEGAS, Nev. - After leading by as much as 10 points, the College of Southern Idaho men's basketball team fell 78-76 in overtime to Monroe College at the Holiday Hoops Classic.
Plagued by poor free-throw shooting and turnovers the entire game, the Golden Eagles managed just one field goal in overtime.
CSI shot 58 percent from the free-throw line and finished the game with 26 turnovers.
One bright spot for the Golden Eagles was guard Charles Odum. The sophomore ended the game with 13 points and 7 rebounds.
CSI will play for 3rd place Saturday against No. 7 Three Rivers at 10 a.m. MST, while Monroe will take on No. 1 ranked Midland in the championship of the Holiday Hoops Classic.
