CSI VB beats SLCC in 5

COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa - The College of Southern Idaho volleyball team will play for its record 9th national championship Saturday after defeating Salt Lake CC 21-25, 25-17, 25-13, 16-25, 15-10 Friday night.
The Golden Eagles started slow in the match but came alive, dominating the Bruins in games two and three. After slipping up in game 4, the Golden Eagles went to their star Jessica Peacock to put the match in the books as a win for CSI.
Peacock finished with 26 kills and 11 digs for CSI. Samantha Misa added 12 kills, 7 digs and 5 blocks.
The Golden Eagles will play Missouri State University - West Plains for the national championship Saturday at 5:30 p.m. MST
