CSI MBB loses SWAC opener to SLCC 71-68

TWIN FALLS - The College of Southern Idaho men's basketball team fell 71-68 to SLCC Thursday in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
The Golden Eagles had a chance to tie with three seconds left and down three points. But the inbounds pass was stolen and time ran out.
Antonio Owens led CSI in the scoring column wit 17, while teammate Romario Souza added 10 points, 12 rebounds and five blocked shots.
The Golden Eagles, who drop to 5-1 overall and 0-1 in conference play, host Snow Saturday at 5 p.m.
