TWIN FALLS - The College of Southern Idaho women's basketball team fell 80-74 to Midland Friday in the Coca-Cola Invitational.
Despite the loss, Golden Eagles
Shauneice Samms and
Laurel Kearsley finished with double doubles. Samms ended with 20 points and 16 rebounds. Kearsley added 17 points and 14 rebounds. CSI post
Maddy Plunkett also had a big night for the Golden Eagles. She scored 20 points and pulled down 8 rebounds.
Midland was led by Erika Warren's 15 points.
In earlier action, Salt Lake knocked off No. 1-ranked Central Arizona 94-79 and Mesa beat the SI All Stars 88-81.
