The College of Southern Idaho is excited to announce the hiring of Bruer Webster in the summer of 2026.
Webster, an Idaho native, graduated from Bonneville High School in Idaho Falls, where he racked up the accolades as a player, being named a three time All-Conference First Team while leading the Bees to a 2019 State Championship. Webster was also a vital member of the 2019 Idaho Falls Bandits American Legion team that captured the American Legion World Series title. Webster began his collegiate career at Salt Lake Community College, where he helped lead the Bruins to a conference and region title in 2022. While at Salt Lake, Webster earned two ABCA Gold Glove Awards, and was named the NJCAA National Player of the Year in 2021, as well as Region 18 Defensive Player of the Year in 2022. Following his junior college stint, Webster took his talents to the University of Utah where he appeared in 96 games with 84 starts in two years with the Utes. In his two years, Webster was a .265 hitter, driving in 39 runs and in 2024 led the Pac-12 in sacrifice bunts. He began his coaching career at Cumberland University before joining the College of Southern Idaho.Â
