TWIN FALLS - The College of Southern Idaho softball team finished off its sweep of Colorado Northwestern CC Saturday, beating the Spartans 15-2, 14-8, 10-1 and 11-2.
With those four wins, CSI improves to 15-5 overall and 10-2 in SWAC.
The Golden Eagles pounded the ball all weekend, finishing with nine home runs and a .505 batting average.
They were led by
Aubrey Whitmer, who went 11-for-13 on the weekend with two home runs, two doubles and 11 RBI.
Kayla Carter showed her power as well, hitting .636 with two homers and nine RBI.
In the circle,
Sierra Whitmer earned two wins with a 1.40 era.
The Golden Eagles travel to Salt Lake CC next weekend.
