TWIN FALLS - The College of Southern Idaho women's basketball team knocked down 10 3-pointers in the first half en route to a 105-31 win over Lethbridge College Thursday in the Rocket Classic.
The Golden Eagles dominated every facet of the game. They out-rebounded the Kodiaks 50-10, while forcing 26 turnovers and racking up 36 assists.
CSI shot 64 percent from the field and 50 percent from the 3-point line.
Six Golden Eagles scored in double figures, led by
Mechela Barnes with 17 points.
Tina Fakahafua and
Felicity Jones each posted double-doubles. Fakahafua had 11 points and 11 rebounds, while Jones had 10 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds.
CSI plays Treasure Valley Friday at 6 p.m.
