TWIN FALLS - A member of the 2015 Region 18 All-Tournament team, CSI Men's Basketball standout Abdoulaye Harouna signed Friday to go play next season at Miami University Ohio.
Harouna, a 6-5 guard from Niamey, Niger, averaged 9.7 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.7 steals per game for the Golden Eagles. He was instrumental in leading CSI to a Scenic West Athletic Conference Championship, a Region 18 Championship and a ninth-place finish at the NJCAA National Tournament.
One of the best 3-point shooters on the team, Harouna started in every game for CSI. The Golden Eagles finished the season with a 31-3 overall record.
Miami University competes in the MAC (Mid-American Conference)
