CSI Cheerleaders

We the CSI Cheerleaders and Golden Girls Dance Team hope to promote better crowd involvement by performing dynamic routines, supporting CSI athletics, and by establishing a rapport with fellow students, campus organizations, the booster clubs, administration and the community. We will do all this while maintaining the academic standards set forth by CSI.

Julie Wright and Cassia MyersThe tryout dates for 2008-2009 school year will be Friday, April 18th 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. & Saturday, April 19th 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.

The CSI cheer program continues to get bigger and better. The squad now consists of 13 members. They practice 10 hours a week, two hours each day. The squad cheers at all the home volleyball and basketball games, as well as the away regional basketball tournament and national basketball tournament.

Tryouts are held every April for the upcoming year. Incoming freshmen as well as first-time squad members receive a $500 scholarship per semester. Second-year members receive a $750 scholarship per semester. All travel expenses are covered as well as uniforms, shoes and warmups.
